Media FAQs
- Media credential holders must be mindful not to interfere with patron's enjoyment of the festival.
- The festival maintains the right to issue, deny or revoke media credentials at its discretion, at any time.
- Only those outlets who have requested restricted access, and have been approved in advance, will be issued a back stage badge.
- By participating in the festival, you agree that all professional photos and videos taken are owned by PROST! Das Fest Wisconsin, and can be used at the festival's discretion.
- Advertising personnel, marketing and sales associates, runners or guests, and other similar support staff employed by media outlets do not qualify for media credentials.
- Media credentials are non-transferable.
- Access allows you to take photographs and provide video content for your media outlet only, you may not display, sell, transfer of otherwise convey any of the photographs or video content.
- Entrance to the festival and taking photos and videos is at your own risk.
- Media credentials must be visible while on the grounds.
Media Defined
PROST! Das Fest Wisconsin defines media as journalists, photographers, editors, or producers who generate original articles, videos, reviews or content on general entertainment, music, news, travel, and the like. Please note, under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.

All outlets must meet the following criteria:
- Regularly produce new, original content
- No profanity, spam, nudity, advocacy for recreational substances that are illegal in Wisconsin, adult-oriented material, or other inappropriate activities
- Proven community involvement
- Actively use at least one social media networking platform to disseminate information to a unique audience of at least 1,000 followers unless approved
- Unaffiliated with any political campaign
